Role Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator at PEAKE, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by executing various initiatives to promote our products and services, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. You will assist in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns, manage marketing materials and assets, and support marketing activities across multiple channels. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative thinking will be key to contributing to the success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events.
  • Support the creation of marketing content and collateral, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Manage marketing materials and assets, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and merchandise, ensuring inventory is maintained and distributed as needed.
  • Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including social media accounts, website content updates, and email campaigns, ensuring current and engaging content.
  • Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and workshops, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Maintain marketing databases, lists, and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Compile and analyze marketing performance data, including campaign results, website traffic, and social media engagement, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to fulfill marketing-related services and deliverables, such as printing, design, and promotional items.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals and support integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 Years of experience in marketing or related roles, with hands-on experience in campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages for various channels and audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to derive insights and optimize marketing performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing strategies.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in marketing.
