  • Provide assistance in
    • the establishment of metrics,
    • collection of metrics,
    • assessment of metrics collected, and
    • display of metrics to assure that quality objective measures have been established, are monitored and used as a control for assigned functional areas.
  • Develop technical documents such as:
    •  standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operations plans prepared in accordance with program/project guidelines;
    • operation and maintenance technical manuals prepared in accordance with applicable standards, instructions and publications; technical reports, technical notes, miscellaneous publications, and other necessary technical documentation;
    • quality assurance (QA), configuration management (CM), and integrated logistic support (ILS) plans, procedures and other miscellaneous program documents;
    • performance/product specifications;
    • engineering drawings;
    • white papers;
    • correspondence;
    • Planned Maintenance System (PMS) documentation; or
    • other necessary program documentation, prepared in accordance with applicable military standards or specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and will be required to obtain a DOD SECRET Clearance.
  • Four (4) years of experience in developing and maintaining documentation and data management systems, with at least two years involving DoD programs.
  • Proven ability to perform specialized technical tasking such as financial analysis, review of technical book and report collections, digitization of documents, searching online reference catalog, and database management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
