We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vacation Planner to join our team. This is a remote position anywhere in the United States and selected countries as well. Hours are flexible since it is a global opportunity. As a Vacation Planner, you will be responsible for creating customized vacation packages for our clients, ensuring their travel needs and preferences are met. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel desires and provide them with the best vacation options within their budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and any special requests

- Research and plan vacation itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions

- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and deals for our clients

- Provide clients with detailed information about their vacation package, including daily itineraries, travel documents, and any other important details

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure all aspects of the vacation are in place and run smoothly

- Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends, new destinations, and special offers to provide clients with the best options

- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning process or while clients are on vacation

- Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and payments

- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company
