MDW Associates is seeking a Project Analyst to provide analytical, technical, and operational support by managing daily activities associated with various aspects of the Foreign Gifts Program and Supply Services.
Essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Conducting overall program analysis and review.
- Supporting day-to-day ongoing business operations to manage gifts received from foreign and domestic entities through its lifecycle of acceptance, appraisal, display, purchase, transfer, and final disposition.
- Assisting the Government Program Manager in managing DoDs Foreign Gifts Program for all executive level employees.
- Identifying recipients and coordinating final disposition of gift received from both Foreign and Domestic entities whether he/she will purchase, display or turn in gift received from foreign country through memorandum.
- Tracking all gift information through Gift Tracker, an electronic tracking system and maintaining a hard copy for back up purposes.
- Processing all Foreign and Domestic Gifts in accordance with AI 100 and DoDD
- Receiving all visitors and potential customers with issues/concerns relating to the gift program.
- Assisting the Director and Deputy Director in the preparation of official DoD documentation both formal and informal and other reports for submission to GSA and the Department of State.
- Being responsible for logging, processing, inventorying, filing, and safeguarding all gifts and sensitive material in accordance with program metrics.
- Developing and delivering presentations program update briefings to the PSD Director and WHS Leadership on the Foreign Gifts Program.
- Providing customer service support, including answering customer questions through phone, email, and in-person.
- Logging and tracking customer complaints, suggestions, and questions.
- Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
- Assisting improvement of software capabilities across OSD Components.
- Implementing Best Practices to obtain program efficiencies.
- Assisting the Services Section in processing daily supply requests.
- Assisting walk-in Customers with supply requests.
- Assisting with annual supply inventories.
Clearance Requirement(s):
- Candidates for this position must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
