HomeSmiles of Richmond is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician to join our team As part of our growing company, youll be responsible for delivering high-quality preventative maintenance services to residential and commercial properties, including tasks like gutter cleaning, exterior window washing, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as gutter cleaning, window washing, and pressure washing.
- Clean and maintain dryer vents to improve safety and efficiency.
- Test and inspect smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and other critical systems.
- Conduct exterior property assessments to identify potential maintenance issues.
- Complete services efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction with each job.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist in driving customer satisfaction and generating repeat business by providing excellent service.
- Experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on ladders and rooftops comfortably and safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor, lift equipment, and work in various weather conditions.
