Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality preventative maintenance services to residential and commercial properties, including tasks such as gutter cleaning, exterior window washing, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as gutter cleaning, window washing, and pressure washing.
  • Clean and maintain dryer vents to improve safety and efficiency.
  • Test and inspect smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and other critical systems.
  • Conduct exterior property assessments to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Complete services efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction with each job.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Assist in driving customer satisfaction and generating repeat business by providing excellent service.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work on ladders and rooftops comfortably and safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
