Job Overview

HomeSmiles of Richmond is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to deliver high-quality preventative maintenance services to residential and commercial properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance tasks, including gutter cleaning, window washing, and pressure washing, to ensure client satisfaction and property value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent property damage and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Clean and maintain dryer vents to improve safety and efficiency.
  • Test and inspect smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and other critical systems.
  • Conduct exterior property assessments to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Complete services efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction with each job.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Assist in driving customer satisfaction and generating repeat business by providing excellent service.
Qualifications
  • Experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work on ladders and rooftops comfortably and safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor, lift equipment, and work in various weather conditions.
