"A Day in the Life"

As the Renovation Center Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, providing vital support to the RC Production Manager and team. You’ll manage routine administrative tasks and ensure that our processes run efficiently. Your role is key to maintaining the success of cross-departmental and cross-functional teams, and you'll play an integral part in both routine tasks and special projects. You’ll need to be adaptable, ready to tackle any challenge, and committed to excellence in every task you undertake. From communicating with various levels within the company and our customer’s organization to managing multiple priorities at once, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations.

"What You’ll Do"
  • Enter data for tracking scopes of work, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity.
  • Verify payroll hours, communicate with temp services, and assist in the timely submission of payroll.
  • Schedule vendors and subcontractors as directed, ensuring that timelines are met and expectations are clear.
  • Order supplies for the Renovation Center, create purchase orders, and file invoices, keeping all documentation organized and up-to-date.
  • Ensure credit expenses and approved invoices are coded correctly and submitted promptly in the invoice approval process; track and manage expenses diligently.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings to keep the team on track.
  • Provide assistance with projects on the Manufacturing side, contributing to team success beyond your immediate role.
  • Support the Inventory Center Manager with special projects and functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • Assist Renovation Center employees with various tasks, acting as a reliable resource and point of contact.
"Must Haves"
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Proven track record as an experienced administrator who thrives in a supportive role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the company and with external partners.
  • Familiar with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new challenges and is flexible in dynamic situations.

"Nice to Haves"

  • Microsoft Office certification is advantageous.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish is a plus
