What we need from you...

  • Proposal Support: Assist with the preparation of proposals, including compiling qualifications, drafting content, and formatting documents to meet RFP requirements.
  • Website Maintenance: Handle website updates, ensuring content accuracy and consistency with brand messaging.
  • CRM / Project Management: Oversee project submissions, award nominations, and manage our marketing database.
  • Presentations & Content Creation: Craft compelling presentations using PowerPoint to showcase our expertise and capabilities to potential clients during interviews
  • Content Marketing: Write clear and concise copy for various marketing materials, including website content, press releases, brochures, and project case studies.
  • Visual Communication: Design and produce a variety of graphics for marketing collateral, such as advertisements, brochures, handouts, booklets, signage, invitations, and event backdrops, utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Graphic Design: Assist with creating organic graphics for banners, invites, and other internal / external marketing materials.
  • Stay Current: Proactively research industry trends and best practices in the AEC market.

This role might be for you if you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within the AEC industry.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Understanding of content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently on projects.
