Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects with clients and in-house staff
  • Communicate with clients on incoming materials and deliverables
  • Work with artists and freelance staff, assigning, checking and revising work
  • Provide status reports, maintain schedule, and work to maintain budgets
  • Checking artist drawn artwork against requests for accuracy and relevance
  • Fix and prepare files for delivery, working with scripts and other apps to maintain specifications
  • Work in various online platforms
  • Render, revise, and/or update artwork


Qualifications:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking and ability to adhere to deadlines and budgets
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy a varied work environment –multiple projects and tasks needed per day


Technical Requirements:

  • Experience in Adobe CC programs including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Aptitude for working online and invarious platforms: Alfresco, Box, Trello
  • Experience in Adobe Acrobat and all of its features
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Mac OS
