Position: Help Desk Analyst I Duration: 4 Months Location: Grand Prairie, TX, 75052 Work Type: Contract Job Type: Onsite Shift: M-F Job Description:
  • Seeking a qualified temporary employee to work onsite in the deployment and installation of approximately 200 Microsoft Windows workstations throughout the site.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
  • Inventory and plan physical installation of workstations to be deployed/replaced throughout the site
  • Installation, configuration, and testing of Windows operating systems and related applications
  • Migration of software and data from legacy systems
  • Physical installation of workstations at locations throughout the site
  • Ensure the operating system is running to specifications on all workstations, and any other attached hardware or device
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or related concentration
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows & other common software issues
  • Experience providing excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • Enthusiasm for technology, learning & teaching
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft SCCM a plus, but not required
  • Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
