The Role:We are seeking a Marketing Director to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This hands-on role requires a strong marketing background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to maximize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize marketing opportunities
- Conduct market research to inform strategies
- Manage the marketing budget and report on performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Processes, Food Safety Standards and related operational procedures
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or commensurate work experience
- 4+ years of Marketing leadership experience
- Proven success in marketing leadership roles
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies
- Experience with market research and analysis
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Office environment
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
Additional Information:
Salary Range: $100k - $150k Annually - Exempt Position

We also offer a package PTO (Paid Time Off) in addition to 8 days of holiday pay.
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
