REPORTS TO: Support Manager/VP of Support
FLSA: Non-Exempt Grade: 8
SUMMARY FUNCTION: Under direction of the Support Manager/Vice President of Support and established policies and procedures provide support in maintaining loan and share operating system integrity. Acts as a resource to others with the necessary knowledge and methods to better serve the member.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: 3-5 years of related experience required.
PERCENT
OF TIME Major Duties and Responsibilities:
40% Develop, create, test, and write technical procedures as they relate to service and act as a resource for employees in the Service/Lending Departments. Process daily queries to assure accuracy of data input by staff and system integrity. Responsible for resolving member service posting corrections.
30% Backup critical tasks within the Support Department. Indexing documents in record retention software. May include scanning and verifying that documents can be retrieved.
20% Inform the Support Manager of problems and concerns; recommend changes for improvement.
5% Actively work to ensure Credit Union compliance with OFAC, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and U.S.A. Patriot Act by following all Credit Union policies and procedures and attending regular training as required.
5% Perform other related duties as assigned. May lift daily work boxes and coin bags up to approximately 50 lbs, when necessary. When lifting loads heavier than 50 pounds, use two or more people to lift the load.
