What are we looking for?

In this position, the PM/Business Analyst will provide support in areas including Program & Project Management, Investment & Capital Planning, and Administrative and Managerial Support

Fun stuff you will do on the job:
 
  • Lead the intranet content development and maintenance, updating quarterly or as assigned
  • Provide communication management, including plans and documentation, feedback loops, executive briefings, web content development and posting
  • Assist the GFE and asset management, including tracking, inventory compliance, shipping label, and asset return
  • Aid in the establishment and maintenance of Division collaboration tools, teams, SharePoint, document/record storage or other mechanisms
  • Support FTE and contractor onboarding and offboarding, facilitating addition to program and Division systems, communications tools, and collaboration workflows, aiding asset acquisition and set up.
  • Support the development of division and/or program and project cost structures, financial development and formulation, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Service Level Agreements (SLA), or other metrics as may be required.
  • Provide comprehensive project management support on assigned projects undertaken by the DIG or eDiscovery program
  • Manage Project documentation and artifact creation pursuant to project stage and best practices, including CPIC, EPLC, or other government requirements as may be identified
  • Manage the agenda, minutes and action items for recurring and ad-hoc meetings.
This is you:
  • Must have or be able to obtain Public Trust.
  • Hands-on Experience managing MS SharePoint
  • At least three (3) years of work experience as a project management support.
  • Independently managed a variety of projects with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities to complete work in a timely manner and meet mandatory deadlines.

  • Knowledge of Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) support
  • General knowledge and experience working with the federal government; especially the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Detail-orientation and critical thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving
  • Ability to manage workload and time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently at times and to collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

Currently due to the remote working status of the federal government, most DRT employees are teleworking from home and leveraging video conferencing along with other virtual productivity tools.
