Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise and creativity will contribute to the overall satisfaction and well-being of our clientele. You will be trained to focus on acne treatments, products, scaring, chemical peels, lasers, and/or microneedling.  

Responsibilities:
 
  1. Perform a variety of skincare treatments including applying hydration or enzyme treatments, towel changing, and high frequency.
 
  1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
 
  1. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products through continuing education and training.
 
  1. Uphold professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
 
  1. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ensure a positive client experience from booking to follow-up.

Requirements:
 
  1. Training and Education:
    1. Completion of a state-approved esthetician program from an accredited school or institution. These programs are 750hrs.
  2. Licensing and Certification:
    1. Current/Valid Esthetician License for Texas
    2. Personal/Professional and General Liability Insurance
  3. Experience:
    1. Proven experience working as an Esthetician in a spa, salon, or skincare clinic.
  4. Skills and Abilities:
    1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    2. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
    3. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
    4. Basic computer skills for maintaining client records.
    5. Passion for skincare and a dedication to ongoing professional development.
    6. Time management skills to effectively manage client flow.
    7. Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
    8. Ability to work well with others.
    9. Great positive attitude.
    10. Sales Skills
  5. Professionalism and Ethics:
    1. Adherence to professional standards of conduct, including maintaining client confidentiality and respecting client boundaries.
    2. Compliance with sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
    3. Ethical behavior in recommending products and treatments, prioritizing client needs and preferences.
  6. Physical Requirements:
    1. Estheticians may spend long periods on their feet and need to have the physical stamina to perform treatments throughout the day.
    2. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for performing precise skincare techniques and treatments.
  7. Legal Requirements:
    1. Compliance with state and local regulations governing the practice of esthetics, including maintaining proper licensure and adhering to any health and safety guidelines.
