JOB DESCRIPTION
• Obtain client health history through the use of client intake forms, assessing problems and conditions and consulting with clients about recommended treatments
• Record detailed notes for all clients including contraindications, allergies, medications, formulations, and treatment preferences
• Participate in sales and marketing events both inside and outside the practice.
• Stay up to date with training and education on skincare and spa lines while proactively promoting products to clients
• Dedication to staying up to date on current licensing changes and abide by all rules and regulations associated with licensure
Responsibilities
- Provide skin and body treatments including Facials, Chemical Peels, Laser hair removal services, and assist provider with procedures.
- Advise clients on skin care options and best practices
- Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and develop rapport
- Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards
- Obtain client health history through the use of client intake forms, assessing problems and conditions and consulting with clients about recommended treatments
- Record detailed notes for all clients including contraindications, allergies, medications, formulations, and treatment preferences
- Participate in sales and marketing events both inside and outside the practice
- Stay up to date with training and education on skincare and spa lines while proactively promoting products to clients
- Dedication to staying up to date on current licensing changes and abide by all rules and regulations associated with licensure
- Provide clients with exceptional customer service
- Perform various noninvasive cosmetic/aesthetic procedures including:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Laser Tattoo Removal
- Chemical Peels
- Microdermabrasion
- HydraFacial
- Skin Rejuvenation
- Assist with Non-invasive or Minimally-invasive Procedures
- IPL Photo Facial
- Valid esthetician’s license (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience as an esthetician is preferred
- Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Cryoskin or Hydrafacial is preferred but not required
- Deep understanding of skin care techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of ethics
- Esthetician: 2 years (Required)
- Laser Hair Removal License valid in the State of Texas (Recommended)
- Customer service: 2 year (Required)
