Position Summary

We are in search of Dual-Licensed Spa Therapists specializing in both Massage Therapy and Esthetics. Massage Therapist Responsibilities
  • Conducting assessments, consultations, and delivering massage treatments in a professional atmosphere.
  • Focusing on member satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Providing various massage modalities, including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in 25, 50, and 80-minute sessions.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms after each session and at the end of each shift.
Esthetician Responsibilities
  • Conducting assessments, consultations, and performing facials and body treatments in a professional atmosphere.
  • Prioritizing member satisfaction in all services provided.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid TX Massage Therapy license or certification.
  • A valid Esthetician license.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Specific training in facial and body waxing.
  • A willingness to grow within our organization while enhancing personal skills and knowledge.
  • Availability for full-time work (part-time opportunities may also be available).
  • Evening and weekend availability is essential.
  • Cross-training in services such as Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A positive and energetic demeanor.
  • A dynamic personality conducive to team building.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
