What Youll Do


As our Insurance Customer Support Specialist, youll be the friendly face and trusted advisor for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Client Care: Assisting clients with inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring they always feel valued and supported.
  • Policy Reviews: Conducting thoughtful reviews of client insurance portfolios to ensure theyre fully protected, while identifying opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Community Building: Strengthening our client relationships by offering personalized advice and solutions that reflect their unique needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with our sales team to create a seamless and supportive experience for every client.
  • Local Impact: Helping our neighbors in Slidell and the surrounding areas find the coverage they need, delivered with the Southern hospitality were known for.
What Were Looking For


  • Experience: At least 2 years in customer service or account management within the insurance industry.
  • Licensed: A licensed insurance agent in Louisiana or willing to become licensed within 30 days of joining our team.
  • Communicator: Someone who can break down complex information and make it easy for clients to understand.
  • Sales Savvy: A knack for identifying client needs and offering additional products that provide true value.
  • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to navigate challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with insurance software and CRM systems.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day is a new opportunity to make a difference.
