Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/In-Person

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm

This Administrative Assistant will be tasked with the following duties:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
  • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and modify documents using Microsoft Office Suite or other software
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

We're looking for Administrative professionals with the following background profile:

  • HS Diploma required; additional education achievements (such as certifications and/or higher level degrees) are highly valued
  • At least 2+ years of proven experience in an administrative assistant (or similar) role
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • General knowledge/experience in a logistics/warehouse environment is desired
