Inside Sales Rep Job Description:

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Inside Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in engaging potential buyers and supporting our outside sales team in closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Initiatives: Conduct compelling outbound cold calls, engaging potential clients with the value of SEG Solar modules.
Clearly articulate the unique advantages, turning potential leads into conversions.
Collaboration with Outside Sales Team: Be the backbone of our outside sales representatives, providing substantial support to seal deals.
Work in tandem to ensure seamless and effective client interactions.
Sales Support and Documentation: Assist in crafting persuasive quotes and proposals for potential deals.
Distribute comprehensive product data sheets and relevant documentation to clients and team members.
Play a pivotal role in supporting the outside sales team, managing schedules, follow-up communications, and client database.
Product and Industry Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of solar modules and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving renewable energy landscape.
Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients. Ensure responsive communication, delivering high-quality service consistently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales or Customer Service-related experience.
Bilingual in Spanish is a valuable asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience or knowledge in the solar industry is highly valued.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Commitment to punctuality and reliability.
A proactive mindset with a hunger for continuous learning and growth.
