Argenta is looking for an experienced Laboratory Scientist to join our Argenta, MVS team.


The Laboratory Scientist position is an opportunity for motivated, driven individuals to showcase their ability to multi task and work as a team. 


The Laboratory Scientist will provide value through the following responsibilities: 

  • Conduct laboratory procedures and testing in accordance with study protocols
  • Maintain a clean laboratory and storage environment to comply with regulatory agency and sponsor investigation
  • Collect and review research data 
  • Maintain inventory of laboratory and study samples and supplies
  • Process study samples and assist in preparing or packaging samples for shipment 


Laboratory Scientist requirements:

  • Associates degree in a science relevant to the pharmaceutical or animal science industry
  • 2 years laboratory experience in GCP/GLP regulated industry
  • Requires excellent written, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work with others
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong aptitude for technical learning 
  • Commitment to continuous improvement


This position is subject to a DEA background check post offer and at regular intervals.  This position is also required to complete a post offer drug test. Both the background and drug test must comply with company standards or offers of employment will be rescinded.

The position is Monday - Friday.  Overtime hours are required when necessary.
