Job Overview

Position Summary: The Treasury Management Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the Vice President of the Treasury Management Department by overseeing administrative functions and managing all associated digital banking products and services. This position requires a high level of discretion and independent judgment in daily departmental operations, including planning, directing, and organizing personnel activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the bank's offerings and the operational dynamics of the department.
  2. Be cross-trained to perform essential departmental duties to ensure continuity in the absence of team members.
  3. Assist the VP of Treasury Management in overseeing departmental compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  4. Implement changes and updates to the Policy & Procedures Manual as directed by the VP, and develop workflows for each task.
  5. Provide mentorship to junior staff, conducting training sessions as necessary, especially during the introduction of new products and onboarding of new team members.
  6. Review Treasury Management Requests and ensure quality control during the client onboarding process for the Online Business Banking platform.
  7. Support the department by managing inbound communications from customers and colleagues, addressing inquiries, training needs, and access issues.
  8. Conduct research and collaborate with relevant individuals and departments to identify and resolve emerging issues.
  9. Assist in preparing documentation and research for audits, examinations, and monitoring reviews.
  10. Play a crucial role in driving digital banking initiatives from conception through to successful implementation.
  11. Ensure that completed projects align with business objectives and meet user functionality requirements.
  12. Generate reports as requested to support departmental needs.
  13. Participate in assigned meetings and may present during management discussions or business development activities.
  14. Perform additional duties as required within the Treasury Management Department.
