Nucar is growing again, and we are currently looking for an Auto Xchange Client Data Analyst to join our fast paced sales team. This position pays minimum wage plus a bonus based on performance.

Your goal is to process the data from our service database and find those customers that have the top selling cars in their region. You would be working closely with our car buyers and the BDC departments in the dealerships in a team focused, detail-oriented, and fast-paced customer service/sales environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Communicates effectively with internal customers via phone and email after mining our service customer database.
  • Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
  • Updates the analysis of the used car market reports.
  • Works with the auction run list to find the vehicles that are selling the quickest and communicates that to the purchasing group.
  • Knows and understands equity and values, as it pertains to automotive sales.

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
