A successful Residential Refrigeration Technician is a skilled problem-solver who consistently delivers exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and the optimal performance of household refrigerators and freezers. You will excel at diagnosing and repairing issues quickly and efficiently, while effectively communicating solutions to clients.

Responsibilities for the Residential Refrigeration and Appliance Technician:
  • Expertly service and repair luxury appliances (Sub Zero, Wolf, Cove, Bosch, Thermador, Scotsman, Best) with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Perform thorough routine maintenance to optimize appliance performance and longevity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy throughout every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance via service software.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems and solutions.

Requirements of the Residential Refrigeration and Appliance Technician:
  • Have 3-5 years of experience working with high-end luxury brands including Subzero, Scotsman, Wolf and Cove, Lear, Hoshizaki, and True Manufacturing.  
  • Experience with refrigeration/ice machines, dishwashers, and cooking appliances.
  • EPA Certification is required.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and extremely tech-savvy.
  • Epass appliance service software experience/knowledge is a plus
  • A solid understanding of how refrigeration systems and their parts work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good technical aptitude.
  • Must own hand tools.
  • Ability to work well on your own and with others.
  • Skilled at finding and fixing problems quickly and efficiently.
  • A valid license with a clean driving history.
