Key Responsibilities- Service and Repair: Expertly service and repair luxury appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and cooking appliances, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, providing efficient and effective solutions to our clients.
- Maintenance: Perform thorough routine maintenance to optimize appliance performance and longevity.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy throughout every interaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance via our service software.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with high-end luxury brands, including Subzero, Scotsman, Wolf, and Cove.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and extremely tech-savvy, with experience using ePass appliance service software.
- Certifications: EPA Certification is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Aptitude: Good technical aptitude and ability to work well on your own and with others.
- Tools and Equipment: Must own hand tools and have a valid license with a clean driving history.
