We are currently hiring an entry-level Data Coordinator in Peoria, IL. The position will work mostly remotely, but you'll need to go onsite to Peoria, IL location occasionally.

The Data Coordinator is responsible for assisting or organizing new and ongoing client projects. This can include but is not limited to coordinating tasks, resources, assets, data analysis, and participants to achieve the project's goals on time.

Shift/Pay/Location

  • $18/h
  • Peoria, IL 61629 - mostly remote
  • 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project tasks, resources, equipment, and information
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to client teams
  • Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, procedures, and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met
  • Work with client information and data to complete tasks and process documentation

  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (EXCEL)
