  • Assist Spanish speaking customers with troubleshooting, resolving complaints, and finding appropriate solutions
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Document and update customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system
