What the Position is About:

  • Create sales and marketing strategies to set and achieve targets and quotas
  • Streamline and enhance processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance
  • Build strong relationships with customers and industry partners
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, including sales forecasts, expenses and profitability targets


The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven sales, sales management, and marketing experience within the manufacturing industry
  • Carbon black experience
  • A growth mindset
