  • Service Requests: Promptly respond to and efficiently complete service requests as coordinated by the property manager.

  • Outsourcing Judgment: Make accurate assessments of situations that require external professional services.


Characteristics of the maintenance tech we hire: 

  • Proven experience in a maintenance position with a portfolio of general handy work.
  • Own set of tools and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various job conditions and respond to emergency calls.
  • Demonstrated mechanical skills, with a keen eye for safety and problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear expression.
