We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Specialist, Email Planning & Performance to join our dynamic team.
The Senior Specialist, Email Planning & Performance is a key member of the CRM, Performance Marketing and Loyalty team. They will be responsible for the execution of CRM and Loyalty program activation execution, measurement, bench-marketing, and project management. This associate will have daily tactical oversight of CRM and Loyalty email marketing programs that impact guests across digital and traditional retail environments, as well as in digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Daily execution of consumer CRM and email program planning, program measurement, and ongoing program optimization and project management
- Coordinate delivery of campaign assets to coding partners and direct feedback from cross-functional stakeholders throughout the build process
- Support the execution of CRM campaign test plans, learning agendas and forecasts
- Performance analysis and testing
- Perform and review; program performance, messaging performance, changes in guest-level metrics, including lifecycle profiling, and modeling/understanding behaviors and opportunities
- Oversee, develop processes, and ensure the end-to-end QA process on CRM campaigns results in accurate, on time and complete execution
- Partners with internal stakeholders to implement new and manage existing programs
- Setup campaigns and drive projects and programs forward,
- Optimization and improvement recommendations
- Compliance
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in email marketing
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Skilled in Project Management
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel
- Skilled in using digital and advertising ad web analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Skilled with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Skilled in GA/Salesforce reporting tools
- Proficient with User Experience and Consumer Interaction Paths
