Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop and implement global compensation strategies that support the company's goals and comply with local regulations. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
Global Compensation Programs: Oversee the administration of global salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs. Ensure consistency and equity across different regions while adapting to local market conditions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze compensation data to provide insights and recommendations. Prepare and present detailed compensation reports to senior management.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and standards. Develop and update compensation policies and procedures in line with local laws and best practices.
Compensation Review & Adjustments: Manage the annual salary review process, including merit increases and bonus allocations. Monitor and adjust compensation plans as needed based on market trends and organizational changes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to align compensation strategies with overall business objectives. Provide expertise and guidance on compensation-related matters.
Employee Communication: Communicate compensation programs and policies effectively to employees and address any inquiries or concerns regarding compensation.
Project Management: Lead or participate in compensation-related projects such as job evaluations, salary surveys, and system implementations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation management, with a focus on global or multi-national compensation practices.
- Strong knowledge of compensation regulations and practices across multiple countries.
- Proven analytical skills and experience with compensation data analysis and benchmarking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
- Proficiency in compensation software and tools; experience with HRIS systems is desirable.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
