Essential Functions
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries, utilizing verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage appointments, optimizing patient flow
  • Greet and present patients with necessary information and documentation
  • Enter customer demographic information into the Patient Management Software following established protocols
  • Import all corresponding information into Patient Management Software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Verify Insurance Eligibility, policy usage and limitations; Follow up with patients on benefits and insurance coverage as needed
  • Assist in updating and maintaining patient dental records
  • Follow-up and maintain contact with patients who are unscheduled for treatment
  • Provide support to dentists and staff as needed
  • Drive personal and office performance by achieving goals as set by the company

*Bilingual is a plus
