    • Track and report on account performance metrics.

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
    • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.
    • Support in preparing client reports and presentations.

  • Client Satisfaction:

    • Assist in conducting client satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback.
    • Help in resolving client issues and escalating when necessary.
    • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
