What You'll Be Doing:

  • Finding Gems: Your main gig is to identify talented individuals who can contribute to our mission. It's like being a talent detective, minus the trench coat.
  • Engagement: We’re looking for someone who can creatively reach out to potential candidates. Whether it's through crafting compelling messages or finding new ways to connect, you're the one making the first move.
  • Juggling Tasks: From scheduling interviews to managing our pipeline of candidates, your organizational skills will be key. Think of yourself as the person keeping all the balls in the air, gracefully.
  • Review and Rank: You'll sift through applications, picking out the standouts and ranking candidates in a way that makes sense to us. It's a bit like being a judge on a talent show, but everyone's really talented.

Who We're Looking For:

  • One to three years experience in a recruitment position required. Preferably in the staffing industry, but not required. 
  • Someone with a background in recruitment, who's not afraid to think differently about how we find and attract candidates.
  • You're organized to a fault. Your calendar is color-coded, and you love it when everything runs on schedule.
  • You’ve got the gift of gab. Communicating, whether in writing or speaking, is something you’re really good at.
  • Creativity in engagement strategies is your forte. You're always thinking of new ways to connect with potential team members.
