Commercial Lines Servicing Manager

- Provide expert advice, exceptional customer service, and effective management of insurance policies
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on data given
- Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients, agencies and companies to minimize the potential for errors & omissions claims
- Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- Process claims information as needed and direct the insured to the proper channel to get needed information
- Resolve billing issues
- Process certificates of insurance
- Assist with receptionist duties at least 1x per week or more when needed
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical finding
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
