- Reconcile daily Pass-Off entries
- Pay invoices online
- Track outgoing payments
- Responsible for weekly check runs and expenses
- Maintain records
- Pay vendors and service providers
- Reconcile statements and payment records
- Reconcile Bank Card statements
- Ensure payment credits are applied correctly
- Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments
- Analyze accounts
- Streamline the payment process
- Other tasks as assigned
- 2+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
