We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper who will be customer-facing, answering phones, and receiving in-person customers as necessary to join our team

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with solid bookkeeping skills that can grow and acquire additional duties/roles. These duties are along the lines of project management and personal assistant to the General Manager.

Expectations and Experience

Accounting Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in financial data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Ability to handle day-to-day bookkeeping (Receivables/Payables) tasks efficiently:
  • Create Vendor PO’s
  • Receive, enter, and categorize bills
  • Weekly review, payables prep, and check run
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Review IndySoft invoice templates and transition/create Quick Books invoices
  • Receive payments (credit card, check, ACH)
  • Weekly deposit

Project Management/Assistant:

  • Support IndySoft and Netsuite transition through data review and entry as needed
  • Support ISO 17025 documentation and distribution efforts
  • Support Safety & Engagement initiatives
