**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Ortho Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic practice. The Ortho Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for assisting orthodontic patients throughout their treatment process, from scheduling appointments to explaining treatment plans and financial options.

**Responsibilities:**

- Schedule appointments for orthodontic consultations, treatments, and follow-up visits.
- Welcome and greet patients, providing a comfortable and friendly experience.
- Educate patients on orthodontic treatment plans, procedures, and options.
- Discuss financial arrangements and payment plans with patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment progress in the system.
- Coordinate with orthodontists and other team members to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in handling insurance claims and verifying coverage for orthodontic services.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or training in dental or orthodontic assisting is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or patient care role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointments and patient records efficiently.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and orthodontic procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with dental practice management software is preferred.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language is a plus.
- Experience with handling insurance claims and financial arrangements in a medical or dental office setting.
