Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re looking for a proactive, highly-organized listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple listings efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smile. $40,000 at plan yearly + bonus + commissions

Responsibilities:
  • Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers
  • Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
  • Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
  • Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
  • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience

Real Estate Closing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings, including data entry, photography, and marketing materials
  • Work closely with agents to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections
  • Monitor and update listing statuses and communicate with clients regularly
  • Assist with social media and online marketing efforts to maximize property exposure
  • Track and analyze listing performance and provide regular reports to agents and clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Stay current with industry trends, local market conditions, and best practices
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
  • Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
  • Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
  • Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one

  • Must have an Active real estate license
  • Must have prior real estate experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ideal candidates must love helping agents succeed
