Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, training, and developing our sales support team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train the sales support team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement office-specific new sales associate on-boarding process and experience, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Provide technical support and training to sales associates on company tools and systems, ensuring they are proficient in using these resources to drive sales results.
  • Assist the sales manager in tracking and responding to monthly production reports, generating ideas and proposing programs to drive sales results.
  • Oversee and direct content for the office Facebook page, ensuring it effectively communicates the company's message and values to the sales team and consumers.
  • Assist sales associates with building their social media and web presence, dedicated to branding and marketing their business.
  • Assist with developing sales and community events, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Assist the sales manager in all recruiting efforts, including recruiting events and materials.
  • Develop special projects as determined by the sales manager, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with outside vendors and company-wide support/service staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Create a fun, responsible, professional, supportive, and customer service-focused sales office environment, ensuring it aligns with the company's values and culture.
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical, systems, and computer skills.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience with social networking and Google Apps.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Prior 3-5 years sales support or office management experience.
