How you will make an impact:
Parkshore Senior Campus is seeking a Lead Chef to be part of our culinary team. As a Lead Chef, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality food and service standards for our residents. Through assisting the Dining Director, you will help to train other members of our culinary team and assure the safety and enhancement of our dining area.
Schedule varies: Weekdays and Weekends required, primarily focused during the day shift but some evenings and holidays are required.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or GED required, College courses or Culinary School preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Serve Safe Certification Required
- Graduate of an accredited course in Culinary Arts
- Minimum of 5 years in a lead chef role
- Minimum of a year in a supervisory capacity as a chef in a restaurant, foodservice operation, or health related facility
