Position Title: Operations Specialist 1

Purpose:

The Operations Specialist will enter new accounts received from our clients into our system daily. This position will also assist with daily tasks in the operations department as needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Will receive and load various types of files from our clients, loading them into our system either manually or electronically
  • Will send daily files of letters to our letter vendor as well as print those that need to be done in-house
  • Will assist with inbound phone calls
  • Will assist the operations team with various tasks as needed (processing returned mail and/or scanning documents for example)
  • Perform all other duties as needed or assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be a detail-oriented individual with a high degree of accuracy
  • Some post-secondary education preferred but not required
  • Must possess strong computer skills, including but not limited to: strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, including running macros in MS Excel and MS Word, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and alternate forms of communication, a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows directories, shared network drives and directory structure and organization
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, being professional and courteous at all times
  • Must maintain confidentiality of consumer and client information
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently when necessary
  • Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work as a team player

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Normal office environment.
