Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ISR will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by originating new business, re-engaging lost or inactive customers, and expanding business with existing customers. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve defined revenue and profit goals.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and alternative outreach methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively propose solutions that align with their job site services and equipment rental needs.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a positive customer experience that fosters loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitive offerings to effectively position CMS Logistics as the preferred provider.

Qualifications:

  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the job site services, waste, equipment rental, or related industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for success.
  • A "can-do" mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
