Title: Systems Analyst Lead
Job Summary:
- Join our dynamic team as the Lead Systems Administrator for Epic, where you'll play a pivotal role in leading our support operations. As the operational lead, you will coordinate activities within the team, oversee issue escalation to management, and ensure meticulous documentation of processes. Your primary focus will be to follow up on support incidents, ensuring swift resolutions, and timely delivery of change requests and project activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of systems administrators, providing operational guidance and support.
- Coordinate daily activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient workflow within the team.
- Escalate critical issues to management while maintaining ownership of resolutions.
- Champion the documentation of processes and procedures to ensure clarity and continuity.
- Drive the timely execution of change requests and project initiatives, adhering to established timelines and quality standards.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in Epic systems administration, serving as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and complex problem-solving.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless support and solutions.
Skills / Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a lead systems administrator role, with expertise in Epic systems administration.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles, incident management, and change management processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a focus on delivering results.
- Relevant Epic certifications (desired).
