Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting advanced patient assessments
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses
- Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Prescribing medications and other interventions
- Providing patient education and counseling
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Documenting patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice
- Participating in professional development activities
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
- Participating in research and evidence-based practice
- Conducting health promotion and disease prevention activities
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice.
- Current and active NP license&
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of family practice procedures, diagnostics, and patient management.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
