We are seeking a Client Medication Coordinator to work in our Cornerstone Residential Treatment Facility.

Schedule: Mon-Fri. 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Summary: The Client Medication Coordinator is responsible for medication oversight and training at assigned residential facilities. Essential duties are determined/assigned per location, position and/or department.

Education/Experience
: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Medical Assist training preferred; Two years medication management required; One year working with addictions and/SPMI population highly preferred. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
work independently and as part of a collaborative care team; proficiency in pre authorizations, prescriptions and medical terminology; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
