Nina Ross Functional Medicine is seeking a motivated and results-driven Health Program Sales Consultant to join our team.

As a Health Program Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping individuals take control of their health and transform their lives through our personalized functional medicine programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, conducting consultations to understand their health needs, and presenting our program offerings.

You will utilize your exceptional sales skills to educate and guide clients in making informed decisions to improve their well-being.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, possesses top-notch communication and interpersonal skills, and understands the power of functional medicine in optimizing health outcomes. Requirements

  • Clearly communicate the benefits and value of our health programs, tailoring the conversation to each individual.

  • Convert prospects into program participants by effectively addressing their concerns and demonstrating how our services can meet their needs.

  • Leverage internal resources and networks to identify and engage potential clients.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, providing them with information and support to facilitate their decision-making process.

  • Identify and create opportunities for program enrollment within new and existing client bases.

  • Prepare compelling proposals and program plans for prospective clients, and lead presentations and discussions to secure enrollments.

  • Oversee the client on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to program participant.

  • Monitor client progress and satisfaction, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues that arise.

  • Develop and present video learning content, host webinars, and collaborate with the marketing team to create content that promotes our services and drives client conversion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in a sales or client conversion role, preferably in the health industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience with creating and presenting video content and webinars.

  • A passion for holistic health and wellness.
