Compensation for onsite WA applicants is $30.83/hour. All applicants are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the help desk ticketing system and respond timely to technical user problems and document repairs/services.
  • Provide daily, first-level support and maintenance of the technology environment to users by analyzing and resolving reported technical problems.
  • Perform hardware deployments, maintenance, and support.
  • Support employee onboarding.
  • Assist and train users on the use of productivity tools and in-house developed software.
  • Assist the IT department with infrastructure maintenance as needed.
  • Identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and support, and present relevant information and recommendations to management.
  • Perform regular testing to verify security and quality of service.
  • Maintain inventory of all technology assets.
  • Perform other duties including special projects as assigned by manager to support the needs of the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of directly related work experience in a computer operations environment providing IT help desk, technical support, or similar roles.
  • Experience with professional and enterprise grade hardware.
  • Hands-on experience with the following platforms and systems:
    • Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft Office and cloud products
    • Microsoft Windows
    • Microsoft Windows Server
    • Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
    • Wired and wireless networking
    • Telephony
    • MFA and SSO
  • Certifications in relevant products and concepts is preferred.
  • Maintain a problem-solving attitude while adhering to best practices.
  • Motivated self-starter than can also work as part of a team.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to work.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes.
  • Ability to organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner.
  • Ability to define priorities and to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Calm demeanor, high customer service approach.
  • Ability to work with vendors to maintain the highest level of a good working relationship.

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take and successfully pass a drug test.
