Parts Coordinator

East Peoria, Illinois - Full Time

Productive Resources (www.productiveresources.com) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in East Peoria, Illinois. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will provide assistance and respond to channel partner requests in connection with technical parts issues regarding products. Ensure adequate stock is available for newly introduced equipment. Coordinate the activities in Customer Care to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.

Duties:

  • Measure parts in the warehouse and input the data into our packaging spec application.
  • Support offsite packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock, or unshipped orders.

Requirements:

  • Basic Excel, computer knowledge.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Ability to look at data sets.
  • Able to lift 50lbs.
  • Able to drive Cushman (small, battery-operated vehicle - similar to a small golf-cart).
  • Comfortable in high traffic warehouse environment.
  • Able to be on their feet 70% of day.
  • Able to use simple software applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, and/or supply chain but not required.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems (SAP).
