Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Firman Power Equipment, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital marketing strategy and executing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to lead our paid advertising efforts, manage swag inventory, coordinate events, and oversee print material inventory, ensuring a seamless integration of offline and online marketing efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. This position is in Peoria, Arizona and is not a remote position.


Paid Advertising Management:

·        Develop and execute strategic paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

·        Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to optimize

campaign performance and achieve KPIs.

·        Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and ROI, and provide regular

reports with actionable insights for optimization.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing

strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to propose

innovative ideas and tactics for improving campaign effectiveness.

·        Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, and user

behavior, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Swag Inventory Lead:

·        Manage inventory levels of company swag and promotional materials, including

branded apparel, merchandise, and accessories.

·        Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of swag items.

·        Develop creative strategies to distribute swag effectively at events and through

marketing campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Goggle Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Familiarity with web analytics
  • Strong project management skills
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Experience in paid advertising
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
